Dinner can be super stressful, right?  Especially if you feel like you’ve entered into a dinner drought.  If too many frozen meals or boring repeats have got you down, check out these 10 dinners that are sure to spice up your nights!Dinner anaheim moms blog

  1. Thai Chicken Meatballs – We love this recipe because it’s totally different than what we usually cook.  The Thai flavors are delicious!  We usually substitute ground turkey because it’s easier to find and omit the fish sauce.
  2. Spicey Cashew Chicken – This recipe here is one of our all-time favs!  The site is not super updated, but the recipe can be trusted 100%!!
  3. Sweet Potato Noodles with Cashew Sauce – This is Paleo & Whole30 approved!  And if you’ve never tasted garlic cashew sauce you need to make this ASAP!  To make things easier – buy sweet potato ribbons at Trader Joes!
  4. Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole – We JUST made these the other night!  So yummy!  Next time we will not make them in the muffin tin and stick to a straight casserole dish (less clean up).  If you’re doing it in a casserole dish add another cup of veggies!
  5. Homemade Hamburger Helper – This here is so good.  If you grew up having Hamburger Helper, but want to avoid ALL the sodium and have way more flavor, try this recipe!  Your kids will devour it.  We add peas, but you could add whatever veggies you want!
  6. Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili – It’s getting a little cooler out which means SOUP!  This recipe here is PACKED with flavor!  And the best part is it truly is a set it and forget it.  We don’t even take the chicken out to shred – nothing leaves the crockpot!
  7. Crockpot Ranch Chicken Tacos – The chicken is so tasty with this recipe.  You can make an extra batch and keep for another night.
  8. Chicken Avocado Burrito Wraps – Remember the chicken you made up above?  Save it for these wraps!  A quick easy meal that everyone will love – especially you because if you don’t love it then don’t make it!
  9. Beef with Broccoli – To be honest, we are a little afraid of cooking beef – especially because sometimes it turns out a bit too tough for our liking.  BUT – this recipe surprised us!  The beef was tender and the flavors were delish!
  10. Chicken Fajita Pasta – Spice up your dinners with this pasta recipe!  Italy meets Mexico in this dish and we love it!  And so does the Hubs.

We hope this helps your weekly meal planning a little easier!  What are some of your favorite recipes?
