When school is out during Winter break and the kids are restless – OC Winter Camps are where it’s at!
We are so excited to present our Ultimate OC Winter Camp Guide for 2019. There are so many great camps out there for your kids over Winter break.

YMCA Camp E.L.K.
Youth Winter Camp is a great way for youth to spend the winter school break! YMCA’s Camp E.L.K. is located near Wrightwood in the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains which may even have snow this year! While spending time with friends and making some new ones, campers will have activities to participate in like:
- Hiking
- Archery
- Stargazing
- Campfires and S’mores
- Team Building Exercises
- Arts and Crafts
- And more!
Camp Dates: December 27th – December 30th
Cost: $375 per camper (*Ask about sibling discounts and financial assistance)
Camper Ages: 8 – 17
Transportation is included to and from camp.

YMCA Winter Day Camp
YMCA Winter Day Camp is a great way for children to spend their holiday break! Each week is filled with exciting winter themed activities, outdoor play and fun field trips. We offer a supportive and safe experience right on your school campus!
Camp Dates
Dates: December 19th, 2019 – January 10th, 2020*
Time: Daily from 6:45am – 6:00pm
All sites closed 12/25 and 1/1.
CUSD sites closed on 12/24 and close at 12pm on 12/31.
Newport-Mesa, Orange, Santa Ana, and Tustin sites close at 12pm on 12/24 and closed on 12/31.
*Dates vary by site. Contact your nearest YMCA for complete schedules.
